Engineering staff has completed checkit& the final map of Carlsbad Tract 79-5 (AI
Verde Condominiums) for conformance with the State Subdivision Map Act and applic
local ordinances of the City of Carlstqad. The final map conforms substantially w
the conditions of the tentative map approved by City Council on June 19, 1979 per
Counci I Resolution No. 5807.
