STATEMENT OF THE MATTER
The City has a sewer easement over a portion of Lot 2, Section 1, Township 12 South
Range 5 West, San Bernardino Meridian, owned by Mr. Henry J. Tenaglia. He has requ
the City to quitclaim this sewer easement. The City Public Works Department was no
of the easement removal request. Their response indicated there is no existing or
proposed use for the easement and do not object to the City quitclaiming the easeme

RECOMMENDATION
Approve a motion authorizing the Mayor to execute a Quitclaim Deed for removal of i
sewer easement.
