CALIFORNIA, APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS AND AUI11ORIZING 111E
CITY CLERK TO INVITE BIDS FOR RECOATING ELLERY RESERVOIR

UTIEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it is
necessary and in the public interest to recoat Ellery Reservoir; and
MEREAS, specifications for the furnishing of all labor, material, tools,
equipment, transportation and other expense necessary or incidental for said
9 project have been prepared and filed in the Engineering Department of the City
10 of Carlsbad and are incorporated by reference herein;
11 NOIV, MERE -FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Carlsbad as
12 follows:
13 1. The above recitations are true and correct.
14 2. The plans and specifications as presented are hereby approved.
15 3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and di-
1 6 rected to proceed to publish, in accordance with law, notice to contractors
17 inviting bids for recoating Ellery Reservoir, Contract No. 1078, in accordance
18 with the specifications hereinabove referred to.
19 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED Ly the City Council of the city of Carlsbad a•
20 a regular meeting held the 15 t{iday of January 1980, by the following
21 vote, to wit:
