Subject: CORRECTION TO RESOLUTION NO. 6013 A'JTIiORIZING SEWER PERMITS Statement of the Matter The City Engineer has reported that staff neglected to note that two applicants in the General/Comercial category made changes in their applications immediately prior to the closing date. The staff recommendation and Council action were made on the basis of the amended applications. Resolution No. 6013, allocating sewer permits to the Second Phase Sewer Allocation System, did not pickup the corrections. Application C-17 should have been reduced by 2 EDU'S and Application C-13 increased by 10 EDU'S. A resolution making the corrections is attached. 1 Exhibit '- Resolution No. &or/ . SEW512 CONNECTION PERMITS PURSUANT T3 TEE SECOND PHASE SEWER CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORFIIA, =VISING ALLOCATION SYSTEM. --- - WHEREAS, Resolution No. 6013 authorized the issuance of sewer connection permits pursuant to the Second Phase Sewer Allocation System; and WIIEREAS, said resolution contains two clerical errors which the Council wishes to correct; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California as follows: A. That the above recitati.ons are true and correct. B. That the City Council hereby rt..vises Resolution No. 6013, Exhibit A, Pages 6 and 7, Commercial/Office category, as tollows: 1. Application C-17, Michael Jewett, is reduced bl7 2 EDU'S (from 22 to 20). 2. Application C-13, M. Tan, is increased by 10 EDU'S (from 10 to 20). PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the-day v- 1980, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear, Lewis arid NOES : None Councilwoman Casler ATTEST : t-.
