DISCUSSION RELATIVE TO CREATION OF ZONE FOR EXISTING
MOBILE HOME PARKS
Statement of the Matter
Councilman Lewis has requested Council discussion relative
to creation of a zone for existing mobile home parks.
Council Action:
2-5-80 Council directed the preparation of a mobile home zone ordinance
and that the matter be set before the appropriate public hearings,
Council directed staff to take the necessary action to notice for
public hearing a moratorium on conversion of usage of land
currently being used as mobile home parks.
