Work under the above project has been satisfactorily completed.
amount is $21 7,583 which includes $3,683 in change orders previously approved by
Council action.
The final contract
Ten percent ($21,758) of the final contract amount will be withheld until 35 days
after the Notice of Completion is recorded.

RECOMMENDATION
Accept the work and direct the City Clerk to record the Notice of Completion and
release the bonds 35 days after recordation.
