SUBJECT:FINAL MAP - CARLSBAD TRACT 79-10
STATEMENT OF THE MATTER
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of
Carlsbad Tract 79-10 (a five-unit condominium project) for
conformance with the State Subdivision Map Act and applicable
local ordinances of the City of Carlsbad. The final map con-
forms substantially with the conditions of .the tentative map
approved by City Council on November 20, 1979 per Council
Resolution No. 5990.
