SUBJECT: FINAL MAP - CARLSBAD TRACT 79-16
STATEMENT OF THE MATTER .
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Carlsbad
Tract 79-16 (a 9-Unit condominium) for conformance with the State
Subdivision Map Act and applicable local ordinances of the City of
Carlsbad. The final map conforms substantially with the conditions
of the tentative map approved by City Council on November 28, 1979
per Council Resolution Mo. 1562.

RECOMMENDATION
Adopt a motion approving the final map of Carlsbad Tract 79-16
