Renovation of the Harding Street Community Center has been satisfactorily completec
final contract amount of $381,080.61 includes $6,794 in change orders which were pr
ly approved by Council. There is another change order for additional sprinkler he;
che auditorium,which were required by the Fire Department, totaling $1,105.61. Ins
tion of the Centrex system in the Center totaled $793.65; and installation of the 5
meter totaled $309.64. Funds’for these three items are available for transfer in 1
