STATEMENT OF THE MATTER
On July 17, 1979, the City Council authorized staff to proceed with plans and specifications and property acquisition for the Bristol Cove Storm Drain. parcels of property have been identified which will be required to provide
either drainage easements or street dedication.
Parcel 1 -Diversified Financial Services (DFS)
Parcel 2,4,5 -James E. Giusto, et a1
Parcel 3 -Thomas 3. Racciatti , et ux
Six
The takings are:
10-foot drainage easement
10-foot and 20-foot drainage easements
1 O-foot drai nage easement
10-foot street easement Parcel 11 -Thomas A. Hearn, et ux
The consideration for the drainage easements is $500 for each parcel.
1980, the Council accepted the DFS easement. The Racciatti and Hearn easement:
are now ready for acceptance.
