ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS

STATEMENT OF THE MATTER
The developer has requested acceptance of the secured public imp1
ments included with CT73-29, Unit 1. City staff has determined t
the public improvements for Unit 1 are acceptable, as-built draw'
are on file in the Engineering Department and the final accounti:
complete.
Bond Number M886672 for $21,000 is held by the City for the imprc
ments of El Fuerte Street. The developer has offered a bond and improvementagreement! in the amount of $35,000, which is the currl estimate of costs to improve El Fuerte Street. The new bond is
offered as a replacement for the $21,000 bond which developer ha
requested be exonerated. The City is also remaining in possessii
of a $101,000 bond from developer for grading and erosion cantro
El Fuerte Street. The El Fuerte Street grading and improvements
not been constructed as yet. They will be constructed as part'o
second unit of Carrillo Estates.
