Atty. i! C. Mgr. At the meeting of May 6, 1980, Council adopted Resolution No. 6172, appointing a Mobile Home Advisory Committee. At that time, Council determined that the Committee would be comprised of 9 members as follows: (a)• One (1) Park Owner (b) Two (2) Rancho Carlsbad Residents (c) Two (2) Lakeshore Gardens Residents (d) One (1) Councilmember (e) One (1) Planning Commissioner (f) One (1) Member of the Chamber of Commerce (9) One (1) Member of the Public -At -Large To date, four (4) applications have been received, and cop -Fes are attached for Council consideration. The Chamber of Commerce has selected Mr. Stephen M. L'Heureux to serve in their category. Exhibits 1. Resolution No. 6172 2. That the above recitations are true and correct. 2. That an advisory committee on the preparation of a Mobile Home Park Ordinance shall be established with the following membership: a. Two members from Rancho Carlsbad Mobile Home Park. b. Two members from Lakeshore Gardens Mobile Home Park. c. One park owner. d. One Planning Commissioner. e. One City Councilmember.. f. One member of the Chamber of Commerce. g. One member of the general public. 3. That the following persons are hereby appointed to the committee: 1. H. B. "Jerry" Bank 2. Bob Swanson 3. Joe Bastone 4. That the advisory committee shall advise City staff on the preparation of a draft ordinance for Planning Commission and City Council consideration. 5. That the committee shall continue in existence until consideration of the proposed ordinance by the City Council at which time the committee shall be dissolved. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council held.on the 1980, 3rd day of June , by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Packard, Anear, Lewis, Councilwoman Casler and Kulchin NOES: None ABSENT: None RONALD C.
