The applicant requests an 18 Lot Tentative Tract Map and Planned Industria mt generally located at Yarrow Drive and Corte de la Pins in Palonaar Air] Business Park.
The Planning Conmission has found this project to meet all developat sta
and design criteria of the Planned Unit Develo-t Ordinance. As part of
approval and per the PUD Ordinance, the City Curtnnission allowed reduction
rear yara setback for one building and a reduction of the side yard Setbac
parking as required by the P-M Zone. The Cdssion added a cordition reg
the formation of a Property Owner's Association and Covenants, Conditi'ons
Restrictions to ensure maintenance of cmn areas and signing for traffic lation.
Through staff review and Planning Comnission hearing, all issues on this r
have been satisfactorily resolved.

be APPROVED and that the City Attorney be directed to prepare documents 1
CT 90-27/PUD-20 per Planning Cdssion Resolutions 1648 and 1649, with 1
foll&ng condition added to both ReSOlUfiOnS:
