Statement of the Matter
Due to changes i-n the City Staff it is occasionally necessary to update
the list,of employees authorized to file Small Claims Court Actions
on behalf of the City of Carlsbad. The attached resolution will
authorize certain employees to file small claims actions to
collect bills owed the City. A copy of the Resolution is filed
with the Court.

RESOLUTION NO. 6270
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA DESIGNATING CERTAIN
EPiPLOYEES TO FILE CITY CLAIblS FOR DAMAGES IN - SMALL CLAIMS COURT.
. WHEREAS, it may be necessary for the City to file claims for damages in
the Small Claims Court of the North County Judicial District; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to designate certain employees to 'file such
claims on its behalf;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
Cal i forni a, as fol1 01,4S :
1. That the above recitations are true and correct;
2. That the following persons are hereby designated to file City claims
for damages in Small Claims Court of the North County Judicial District:
