STATEMENT OF THE MATTER
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Carlsbad Tract 77-2, Unit No. 2 (Buena Woods) for conformance with the State Subdivision Map Act and applicable local ordinantes of the City of Carlsbad. substantially with the conditions of, the tentative map approved by the City Council on September 7, 1977, per Council Resolution No. 5193.

The final map conforms
As the tentative map for this project was approved prior to the revision of Council Policy 17, no public facilities fee will be paid.
As part of the agreement in the Grove Settlement, the sewer connection chargc for the 30 dwelling units in this phase will be zero instead of th6 usual
