SUBJECT: pINAL mp _ CARLSBAD TRACT 79_19
STATEMENT OF THE MATTER
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map for an eight-unit condo-
minium conversion (Carlsbad Tract 79-19, Bodjanic), for conformance with the
State Subdivision Map Act and applicable local ordinances of the City of Carlsbad.
The final map conforms substantially, with the conditions of the tentative map
approved by City Council on February 5, 1980 per Council Resolution No. 1601.
