Statement of the Matter
The City..Council, at its meeting of September 2, 1980,
directed the City Attorney to prepare.the necessary
document granting a change of zone (ZC-213) from L-C
(Limited Control) to CT-Q (Commercial Tourist with
a Q Overly). An ordinance in that .regard is attached.

ORDINANCE NO. 9562
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 21
OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP TO GRANT A CHANGE OF ZONE
(ZC-213) FROM L-C (LIMITED CONTROL) TO CT-Q
(COMMERCIAL TOURIST WITH A Q OVERLAY) ON
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST
CORNER OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD AND PASEO DEL
NORTE. APPLICANT; ECKE.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California does
•ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is
amended by the amendment of the zoning map to grant a change
of zone (ZC-213) from L-C (Limited Control) to CT-Q (Commercial
Tourist with a Q overlay), on property as shown on map marked
ZC-213, Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty
days after its adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published
at least once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days
after its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a meeting of the Carlsbad
City Council held on the 16th day of September • ,
1980 and thereafter '
