The building is ready to be moved and an appropriation of $35,500 wil necessary to accomplish the project as outlined in Exhibit I. The donation is contingent on the city paying all relocation c Recommendation It is recommended that the city appropriate $35,500 to cover the cost relocation, plan checking and remodeling. Discussion/Fiscal Impact The estimated costs of relocation have escalated because of previous: unknown requirements relating to school property. The State Architec office requires that a licensed architect check the plans and a soil: and moisture report may be required.
