STATEMENT OF THE MATTER
Work under this contract has been satisfactorily completed. The 60-day maintenance
landscaping by the contractor expired on October 15, 1980. The final contract amoi
of $67,456.81 is $1,990.89 less than the original bid amount. Ten percent of the
final contract amount ($6,745.68) will be withheld until 35 days after the Notice c

Sufficient budgeted funds exist to pay the balance of this contract.
