SUBJECT: TRAFFIC SIGNALS AND LIGHTING AT EL CAMINO REAL AND TAMARACK AVENUE
CONTRACT NO. 1079 --
STATEMENT OF THE MATTER
Work under the above c*ontract has been satisfactorily completed and the signals are now
operational. The final contract amount of $57,462 is $3,662 over the original bid price
of $53,800.

FISCAL IMPACT
Funding for this project was provided by the developers of Woodbine in the amount of $9,376 and $46,724 from Sunset Pacific for a total of $56,100.
Associates has contributed $1,657 to cover the cost of Change Order No. 2; thus there are ample funds to cover these change orders. amount will be withheld until 35 days after the Notice.of ComPletlon records.

Accept the work; and direct the City Clerk to have the Notice of Completion recorded
