FINAL MAP
STATEMENT OF THE MATTER
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Carlsbad Tract 80-17 for conformance with the State Subdivision Map Act and applicable conditions of the tentative map approved by City Council on August 5, 1980, per Council Resolution No. 6253.
The location of this 16-unit condominium project is the south side of Unicornio Street at the intersection with Cacatua Street.
