SUBJECT: CARLSBAD TRACT 79-23 - FINAL MAP
(KUPFER CONDOMINIUMS)
STATEMENT OF THE MATTER
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Carlsbad
Tract 79-23 for conformance with the State Subdivision Map Act and
applicable local ordinances of the City of Carlsbad. The final map
conforms substantially with the conditions of the tentative map
approved by City Council on April 15, 1980, per Council Resolution
No. 6147.
FISCAL IMPACT
There are no public improvements associated with this project. Increase
in demand for City services will be partially offset by the payment of
park-in-lieu fees.
