SUBJECT: CARLSBAD TRACT 75-6B UNIT NO.
TENTATIVE MAP EXTENSION
1 (ALICANTE HILLS)
STATEMENT OF THE MATTER
Carlsbad Tract 75-6B (Alicante Hills) is a 107-lot subdivision located on
Alicante Road and Alfil Way. The applicant (La Costa Land Company) is
requesting that the tentative map for Unit No. 1 be extended for an
additional one-year period ending February 11, 1982. The time is running
on Unit No. 1 only because the applicant has ^5 sewer permits from the
Leucadia County Water District. As no sewer is available for Units No 2
and 3, time is not running on the map for these and no extension of time
i s requi red.
This tentative map was originally approved on October 21,,1975 (Resolution
No. 3771), was extended on June 7, 1977 (Resolution No. 5098), and it was
revised on April 15, 1980 (Resolution No. 6148). The revision divided the
project into three phases for sewer purposes. Also, conditions were modified
and the public facility fee payment was placed as a condition.
The Planning Department has no objections to the extension.
FISCAL IMPACT
Public facilities will be constructed by the applicant or paid for with the
public facilities fee.
