SUBJECT:BRISTOL COVE STORM DRAIN - CONTRACT 1077
STATEMENT OF THE MATTER
Work under the above contract has been satisfactorily completed. The final con-
tract amount of $216,720.35 includes three change orders totaling $16,9^2. One
change order for realignment of the storm drain ($10,^76) was previously approved
by Council on August 12, 1980. The other change orders for relocation of a junc-
tion structure ($2,850) and relocation of a 16" water main on Hillside ($3,616)
were approved by the City Manager in accordance with Administrative Order No. 7.
FISCAL IMPACT
As usual, the amount of 10% of the contract price will be held for 35 days after
filing this notice of completion as retention.
