SUBJECT: CARLSBAD TRACT 79-17 - FINAL MAP
(JEREE COMPANY)
STATEMENT OF THE MATTER
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Carlsbad Tract 79-17,
Jeree Company, for conformance with the State Subdivision Map Act and applicable
local ordinances of the City of Carlsbad. The final map conforms substantially
with the conditions of the tentative map approved by City Council on March k,
1930 per Council Resolution No. 6097.
FISCAL IMPACT
There are no public improvements associated with this project. Increase in
demand for City services witl be partially offset by the payment of Park-in-Li eu
Fees and Public Facilities Fees.
