Statement of the Matter
s'ection 3. 32. 030 of the c·arlsbad Municipal Code provi.des that the City
Council may grant a request for refund in cases whert• a fee has been
• collected.in error or paid by mistake. The following refund should be
granted on the basis that Public -Facilities Fees were not offset by
the amount of Park-in-Lieu Fees paid.
