A RESOLUTION C)F THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFOFUIA RESCINDING
RESOLUTION NO. 6282
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, at its meeting of August 19, 1980, adGpted Resol
No. 6282 declaring the public interest and necessity for acq
of certain property described in said Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that acqu
of said property is not in the best interest of the public a
time; and
WHEREAS, all persons known to the City to have a r
interest in the said property were given written notice mail
later than fifteen days prior to the adoption of this Resolu
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council

Re: Acquisition of 2.5 acre parcel of property
Dear Mrs. Law:
In August, 1980 the City Council of the City of Carlsbad adopted Resolution No. 6282 declaring the necessity for
the acquisition by eminent domain of certain property
owned by you.
At their January 20, 1981 meeting, the City Council
voted to rescind the condemnation resolution by the
adoption of Resolution No. 6410, a copy of which is enclosed. The City will no longer proceed to acquire
your property.
Thank you for the courtesy you have shown me during our
meetings to discuss the acquisition of your property.
