At their January 20, 1981 meeting, the City Council voted to rescind the condemnation resolution by the adoption of Resolution No. 6410, a copy of which is enclosed. The City will no longer proceed to acquire your property. Thank you for the courtesy you have shown me during our meetings to discuss the acquisition of your property.
