SUBJECT:CARLSBAD TRACT 79-23 - FINAL MAP
(KUPFER CONDOMINIUMS)
STATEMENT OF THE MATTER
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of
Carlsbad Tract 79-23 for confprmance with, the State Subdivision
Map Act and applicable local ordinances of the City of Carlsbad
The final map conforms substantially with the conditions of the
tentative map approved by City Council on April 15, 1980, per
Council Resolution No. 6147.
This matter was withdrawn from the December 2, 1980 Council
agenda because developer failed to pay the proper fees. The
fees have now been paid and this item is.being-resubmitted.
FISCAL IMPACT
There are no public improvements associated with this project.
Increase in demand for City services will be partially offset
by the payment of park-in-lieu fees. Park-in-lieu fees exceed
Public Facility Fees; therefore, the greater fee is being paid.
