SUBJECT : CARLSBAD TRACT 80-18 - FINAL MAP

STATEMENT OF THE MATTER
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Carlsbad Tract 80-18
for conformance with the State Subdivision Map Act .and applicable local ordi-
nances of the City of Carlsbad. The final map conforms substantially with the
conditions of the tentative map approved.by City Council on September 2, 1980,
per Council Resolution No. 6924.
F I SCAL I MPACT
There are no new public.improvements associated with this project. Increase
in demand for City services.wil1 be partially offset by t'he payment of Park-in-
Lieu Fees and Public Facilities Fees at time of Building Permits for the new
units.
