STATEMENT OF THE MATTER
1•yark under this contract has been satisfactorily completed. The final contract amount
of $22,068 is only $36 over the original contract pri.ce.. .The change order resulted
from some additional bookcases, not originally specified, which needed to be moved.
The City Librarian has expressed satisfaction with the carpet installation.,
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds have been budgeted for this project. Ten percent of the final contract amount
will be withheld until 35 days after the Notice of Completion records.

RECOMMENDATION
Accept the work, direzt the City Clerk to record the Notice of Completion and release
the bonds 35 days after recordation.
