Gen tl emen :
As the Administrator of CARLSBAD BY THE SEA, I appreciate, very much, your efforts in helping to obtain a stop sign at Grand Avenue and Ocean Street. The slowing down of the traffic on Ocean is of a real benefit to our Residents who cross in the middle of the block to get to our ocean- front property. I wish to inform you that the stop sign was installed on the afternoon of March 4th. The City is to be commended for its prompt action.
I also appreciate the courtesy extended to Mrs. Frances Dixon (one of our Residents representing us in this matter) by the City Council and other departments.
If you have the time to attend, I cordially invite both of you to our Open House on Sunday, July 26, 1981. We always have many festivities planned in the afternoon, and this year will be no exception.
Thank you again for your assistance.
Sincerely,
Daniel H.&hnson Administrator
