WHEFSAS, on January 28, 1981, the Carlsbad Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 1758 recornending to the City Council that revised Tentative Subdivision Map (CT 79-’ and revised Condominium Permit (CP-lO(A)) be conditionally approved; and WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Carlsbad, on February 17, 1981, held a- public hearing. to consider the recommendations of the Planning Commission and to receive a recomnendations and hear all persons interested in or oppos to revised Tentative Subdivision ;.lap (CT 79-7(A)) and revi-5 Condominium Permit (CP-10 (A) ) ; and WHEREAS, said revised Tentative Subdivision Map and re Condominium Permit have been declared to have a nonsignific impact on the environment, and a Negative Declaration has 1 prepared and filed in compliance with the requirements of 1 City of Caxlsbad Environmental Protection Ordinance of 198( NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of City of Carlsbad, California as follows-, 1. 2.
