SUBJECT: FINAL MAP - CARLSBAD TPACT 77-2, UNIT No. 4
(BROADMOOR HOMES)
STATEMENT OF THE MATTER
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Carlsbad Tract
77-2, Unit No. 4, for conformance with the StateSubdivisionMap Act and
applicable local ordinances of the City of Carlsbad. The final map con-
forms substantially with $he conditions of the tentative map approved by
City Council on September 16, 1977, per Council Resolution No. 5194.
F I SCAL I MPACT
Tentative map was approved prior to public facilities fee. city will
assume maintenance responsibility for poctions of Hosp Way and Monroe
constructed by developer. City will also assume future developmental .
costs for Hosp Grove Park which was dedicated by this project.
RECOMMENDATION
Approve final map of Carlsbad Tract No. 77-2, Unit No. 4.
