SUBJECT: FINAL MAP - CARLSBAD TRACT 77-2, UNIT NO. 5
( BROADMOOR HOMES)
STATEMENT OF THE MATTER _-
Engineering Staff has completed checking the final map of Carlsbad Tract
No. 77-2, Unit No. 5, for conformance with the State Subdivision Map Act
and applicable local ordinances of the City of Carlsbad. The final map
by City Council on September 16, 1977 per Council Resolution No. 5194. conforms substantially with the conditions of the tentative map approved
F I S CAL I MPACT
Tentative map was approved prior to public facilities fee. City will
assume maintenance responsibility for portions of Hosp Way and Monroe
constructed by developer. City will also assume future developmental-.
costs for Hosp Grove Park which was dedicated by this project.
RECOMMENDAT I ON
Approve final map of Carlsbad Tract 77-2, Unit No. 5.
