SUBJECT: FINAL MAP - CARLSBAD TRACT 80-26
(KRIKORIAN)
STATEMENT OF THE MATTER
Engineering Staff has completed checking the final map for Carlsbad
Tract 80-26 and found it in conformance with the Subdivision Map Act
and applicable local ordinances of the City of Carlsbad. The final
map conforms substantially with the conditions of the tentative map
approved by City Council on September 16, 1980, per Council
Resolution No. 6300. .
FISCAL IMPACT
The fiscal impact caused by the additional services the City will
have to provide for this project will be offset by the payment of
the public facilities fees at the time a building permit is issued
for this project.
RECOMMENDATION
Approve final map of Carlsbad Tract No. 80-26.
