QUITCLAIM OF ACCESS EASEMENT
STATEMENT OF THE MATTER I._.__I__
As a condition of development for Carlsbad Tract 79-1 the developer was
requi red to obtain an offsi te general uti 1 i ty and access easement for the
purpose of installing a temporary cul-de-sac turn-around at the end of
Las Palmas Crive. The property over which the easement lies is now being
developed as Carlsbad Tract 80-33 and Las Palmas Drive will be extended
to Camino Vida Roble. The required right-of-way for the extension of Las
Palmas Drive will be somewhat less than that which was necessary for con-
