SUBJECT : FINAL MAP - CARLSBAD TRACT 79-28 (SWALLOW LANE) -
STATEMENT OF THE MTTER
Engineering Staff has completed checking the final map of Carlsbad Tract 79-28 for conformance with the State Subdivision Map Act and applicable local ordi- nances of the City of Carlsbad. The final map conforms substantially with the conditions of the tentative man approved by City Council on Auqust 19, 1980 per Cou’ncil Resolution No. 6272,
FISCAL IMPACT
There are no public improvements associated with this project. Increase in demand for City services will be offset by the payment of public facilities fees.
