RESOLUTIONS APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE CARLSBAD HOUSING AND REDEVELOPPENT ADVISORY COWiITTEE Statement of the Matter At its meeting of February 19, 1980, the City Council established a nine member Carlsbad Housing and Redevelopment Advisory Committee for the purpose of advising the Council in its capacity of Carlsbad Housing and Redevelopment Commission. In addition to establishing the Committee, the Ordinance set forth the terms, qualifications, meeting times, voting requirements, and func- tions as required by the State Statute. The terms of appointment of three members, Roy and Eva Carney will expire on March 31, 1981. received and are attached"to this agenda bill.
