SUBJECT:TENTATIVE MAP EXTENSION
CARLSBAD TRACT- 79- 18 (HUDSON)
STATEMENT OF THE MATTER
Carlsbad Tract 79-18 is a Al-Unit condominium project located on Altisma Way and
Caringa Way. The applicant is requesting that the tentative map be extended for
a one-year period ending June 18, 1982.
This tentative map was or iginal ly approved on December 18, 1979 (Resolution No. 6019).
FISCAL IMPACT
Additional public facilities required by this project will be offset by the payment
of the public facilities and park-in-lieu fees by the developer.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
^A Negative Declaration was issued by the Planning Director prior to the approval
of the original tentative map.
RECOMMENDATION
Adopt Resolution No.

Dear Mr. Evans:
The undersigned is owner of the property described in the
above referenced Approvals and Permits. The undersigned

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN EXTEN-
SION OF TIME FOR TENTATIVE MAP 79~l8
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 19th day of
December 1979 adopted Resolution No. 6019 approving, with conditions,
Tentative Map CT 79~l8; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has requested a one-year extension of time
for said map from June 18, 1981 to June 18, 1982;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad as follows:
A. That the above recitations are true and correct.
B. That the Tentative Map CT 79~l8 is hereby extended from June 18,
1981 to June 18, 1982, subject to execution and/or fulfillment of all
conditions of Resolution No. 6019-
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad at a regular meeting held the 19th day of May , 1981
by the following vote, to wit:
