Statement of the Mdtter
The terms of Ronald Cipriano and Margaret Brownley as members of the
Library Board of Trustees expire in June, 1981. .
Mr. Cipriano has expressed the desire to be reappointed for another tern
Currently, Mr. Cipriano has served one full 3-year term on the Board.
Mrs. Brownley has requested that she not be considered for reappointment
The attached Resolutions are forwarded for consideration.
Other members are: Herb.ert Falkenstein, David Dearie and Senna Trigas.

Recommendation :
