SUBJECT: ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
CARLSBAD TRACT 77-7 (ROYAL HOMES NO. 8)
STATEMENT OF THE MATTER
Carlsbad Development, the developer of Carlsbad Tract 77-7, Royal Homes No. 8
has requested that the City accept the public improvements associated with
this subdivision, located at Elm andvalley.
City staff has determined that the public improvements are acceptable.
FISCAL IMPACT
Once Council has accepted the public improvements, the City will have to incli
these improvements in the City's normal maintenance operations budget.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
City staff has previously issued a negative environmental impact declaration 1
this project.
RECOMMENDATION
Accept the improvements connected with this project.
