FINAL MAP - CARLSBAD TRACT 80-8 SUBJECT:

STATEMENT OF THE MATTER
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Carlsbad Tract
80-8 (Izbicki) for conformance with the State Subdivision Map Act and
applicable local ordinances of the City bf Carlsbad. The final map con-
forms substantially with the conditions of the tentative map approved by
City Council on April 21, 1981 per Council Resolution No. 6492.
FISCAL IMPACT
This project will require a small increase in the demand for City services
which has been offset by the payment of the Public Facilities Fee.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
Environmental impacts of this development were considered at the tenta-
tive map stage and were either satisfied or mitigated at that time.
RECOMMENDATION
Approve final map of Carlsbad Tract 80-8.
