FINAL MAP - CARLSBAD TRACT 79-27 AND PARK DEDICATION
(BROADMOOR HOMES/PUEBLO DELI ORO)
STATEMENT OF THE MATTER
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Carlsbad Tract 79-27
for conformance with the State Subdivision Map Act and applicable local ordin-
ances of the City of Carlsbad. The final map conforms substantially with the
conditions of the tentative map approved by City Council on April 15, 1980, PE
Council Resolution No. 6169. As Condition No. 23 of Resolution No. 6169 cert
Park lands are offered as part of this subdivision, thus completing the park s
westerly of Monroe, from Elm to Marron Road.
FISCAL IMPACT
Public improvements associated with this project shall be built by the develc
Increase in demand for public services will be offset by the payment of public
facilities fees. Development of the Park lands, if any, will be borne by the
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
Environmental impacts of this development were considered at the tentative map
stage and were either satisfied or mitigated at that time.
RECOMMENDAT I ON
