Statement of the Matter
The Energy Committee has selected Frank Rowlen’s energy saving idea as worthy of the $100 award. This will be
presented to him by the Mayor at the August 4 Council
Meeting .
Fiscal Impact
Projected savings for the City is $6,787. This figure
has been verified by the General Manager of Encina Water
Pollution Control Facility.
