STATEMENT OF THE MATTER
Work on the median island improvement at El Camino Real and Highway 78 has been satisfactorily
completed. The final contract amount of $14,200 remains unchanged from the original bid price.

There are sufficient budgeted funds to cover the cost of this contract,
