At their August 3, 1981 meeting, the Traffic Safety Commission reviewed a request for a
four-way stop at Luciernaga and Corintia.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 10.28 OF THE CARLS-
BAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE AMENDMENT OF SECTION 10.28.240
DESIGNATING STOP CONTROL ON LUCIERNAGA AT ITS INTERSECTION
WITH CORlNTlA
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as
fol lows:
SECTION 1: That Title 10, Chapter 10.28 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code
is amended by the amendment of Section 10.28.240 to read as follows:
"10.28.240 Corintia Street. Drivers shal1 stop where the following de-
scribed streets intersect Corintia Street:
Cazadero Street
Luc i ernaga S t reet . "
