HD.JU!&- COMMISSION CITY AllY CITY MGR. ~ ~ ~~ ~ ~ ~~ RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution No. 6676, appointing a member to the Carlsbad Parks and Recreation Commission. ITEM EXPLANATION: The term of Commissioner Raul Tarango expired in August, 1981. Mr. Tarango was originally appointed as a member of the Parks and Recreation Commission in December, 1975 to fill an unexpired term. He was reappointed in 1977, and completed a full term, which expired in August. I have been unable to reach Mr. Tarango, and don't know of his desires regarding reappointment. Attached are copies of all applications received since August, 1980. Also attached is a Resolution allowing an appointment to be made. EXHIBITS : 1. Copies of Applications. 2.
