RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. b,$LL/accepting grant deed for Tamarack Avenue 3
easement.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
As a condition of development for Carlsbad Tract 76-15, the developer
required to extend Tamarack Avenue offsite from the project site to SI
line Drive. In pursuit of this condition, the developer has secured t
roadway easement from an adjoining property owner for a portion of thc extension of Tamarack Avenue. Completion of the section will allow fc through traffic on Tamarack Avenue from Interstate 5 to El Camino Rea
This item was placed before the City Council at their last regular me
ing on September 15, 1981. At that time the grantor of the easement, Mrs. Brownley, requested that the item be withdrawn until some minor details had been worked out with the developer,
The problems have been satisfactorily resolved and the developer and Mrs. Brownley again request that this easement be placed before City Council for their approval and acceptance.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No major fiscal impacts are anticipated. constructed by the developer. City will assume the ongoing maintenance responsbility.
