Accept the construction of storm drains on Walnut and Sycamore Avenues as complete;
direct the City Clerk to have the Notice of Completion recorded; and release the
bonds 35 days after recordation.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Construction of storm drains on Walnut and Sycamore Avenues at Carlsbad Boulevard
has been satisfactorily completed. The final contract amount of $41,814 includes
one change order for $650 (handled administratively in accordance with Administra-
tive Order No. 7) to cover some necessary additional work.
FISCAL IMPACT
Sufficient budgeted funds are available to cover the final contract amount. Ten
percent retention will be withheld until 35 days after the Notice of Completion
records.
