A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING WITH CONDITIONS
A SIX LOT TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAP (CT 81-23)
ON APPROXIMATELY 2 - 5 ACRES GENERALLY LQCATED ON
THE EAST SI9E OF PARK DRIVE BETWEEN CALAVO DRIVE
AND HILLSIDE DRIVE IN THE R-1-10,000 ZONE.
APPLICANT: A & W VENTURES, INC.
WHEREAS, on August 26, 1981 the Carlsbad Planning
Commission adopted Resolution No, 1852 recommending to the Cit
Council that Tentative Subdivision Map (CT 82-23) be
conditionally approved; and
WHEIIEAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, or:
September 15, 1981, held a public hearing to consider the
recommendations and hear all persons interested in or opposed
Tentative Subdivision Map (CT 81-23); and
WHEREAS, said Tentative Subdivision Nap and Condomini
Permit have been declared to have a nonsignificant impact on t
environment and a Negative Declaration has been prepared and
Eiled in compliance with the requirements of the City of Carl:
Environmental Protection Ordinance of 1980;
NOW, T€IEREEI‘ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council 0
the City of Carlsbad, California as follows:
A, That the above recitations are true and correc
B. That the findings of the Planning Commission i

in this matter.
C. That said Tentative Subdivision Map, together
the provisions for its design and improvement and subject to
