APPLICANT: A & W VENTURES, INC. WHEREAS, on August 26, 1981 the Carlsbad Planning Commission adopted Resolution No, 1852 recommending to the Cit Council that Tentative Subdivision Map (CT 82-23) be conditionally approved; and WHEIIEAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, or: September 15, 1981, held a public hearing to consider the recommendations and hear all persons interested in or opposed Tentative Subdivision Map (CT 81-23); and WHEREAS, said Tentative Subdivision Nap and Condomini Permit have been declared to have a nonsignificant impact on t environment and a Negative Declaration has been prepared and Eiled in compliance with the requirements of the City of Carl: Environmental Protection Ordinance of 1980; NOW, T€IEREEI‘ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council 0 the City of Carlsbad, California as follows: A, That the above recitations are true and correc B.
